Privacy Policy

The company data on our pages (names, DOT/MC numbers, addresses, phones, authority status, inspections, crashes, insurance filings) comes from public FMCSA sources. It was public before TenFour existed; we organize it. To change it, update your record with FMCSA — our daily sync will follow. Contact emails from federal records are shown only in masked form on public pages.

Account holders: your email address, session cookies, and the content you add to your site. Quote-form senders: the name and contact details you submit, delivered to the company you contacted and visible in their dashboard. Visitors: aggregate page-view counts and anonymous traffic analytics (Vercel Analytics). If you arrive from a search engine or AI assistant, we record that a visit came from that source — not who you are. We use a locale cookie to remember your language.

We don't sell personal data. We don't run advertising trackers. We don't show your email to strangers. Uploaded compliance documents (insurance certificates, tax forms) are private to the account that uploaded them and are never displayed publicly — public pages show only presence badges and, where the owner opts in, summary insurance details.

Transactional email (sign-in links, lead notifications, record alerts, weekly summaries) comes from tenfourhq.com via our email provider. Bounces and complaints go on a suppression list so we stop emailing you. If we ever send outreach, it includes a one-click unsubscribe that suppresses your address permanently.

Account data lives as long as the account. To delete your account, leads, and uploaded content, email hello@tenfourhq.com— we'll remove it within 30 days. Public federal-record pages remain, because the underlying record is public.

We use Vercel (hosting, analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (email), and Anthropic (the chat assistant — conversations are used to build your site, not for advertising). Each processes data on our instructions.
