Terms of Service

TenFour publishes company pages built from public federal records (FMCSA registration, licensing, insurance, inspection, and crash data) for every registered motor carrier and freight broker, and lets the company behind a record claim its page, edit it, and use it as its website. Unclaimed pages are auto-generated from public data and clearly labeled.

Claiming a page requires demonstrating a connection to the company — normally by verifying control of the company's on-file contact email, or through our manual review. You may only claim a company you are authorized to represent. We may transfer, suspend, or revoke a claim if we determine it was made improperly, if ownership is disputed, or if the account is used in violation of these terms. Account owners may invite teammates; owners are responsible for their team's actions.

Content you add to a claimed page (text, logos, photos, documents) is yours. You grant us a license to host and display it as part of operating the service. You promise it's accurate, that you have the rights to it, and that it doesn't misrepresent your authority status, insurance, safety record, or identity. We may remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or that misstates compliance status — a carrier's badge and authority status always reflect the federal record, not edits.

Federal data on TenFour comes from public FMCSA sources, refreshed daily but provided AS-IS. It can lag the government source or contain government-side errors. It is not legal advice and not a guarantee of any company's fitness, insurance coverage, or safety. Broker and shipper users remain solely responsible for their own carrier-selection decisions. If your company's record looks wrong, correct it with FMCSA — our pages follow the federal record.

No scraping at abusive volume, no misrepresenting your identity or authority, no using profiles or leads for spam, no attempting to claim companies you don't represent, no reselling our data feeds without an agreement. Quote forms are for genuine freight inquiries.

Paid tiers (custom domain, company email, additional features) are billed as described at purchase. Domains and mailboxes are provisioned through third-party registrars and email providers subject to their terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law; cancelling stops renewal, and domain ownership/transfer follows registrar rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenFour's total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on public-record data.
